Welcome to KP's Restaurant & Catering. This website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of KP's Restaurant & Catering's website constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Electronic Communications

Visiting KP's Restaurant & Catering or sending emails to us constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Restaurant & Catering Services

KP's Restaurant & Catering offers dine-in, takeout, and catering services (and delivery where available). Menu items, prices, hours, and availability may change without notice. Photos and descriptions are illustrative and may vary based on seasonal ingredients and supplier availability.

Allergens & Dietary Needs. Our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish). While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact. Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering.
Food Safety & Pick-Up. Once food leaves our premises (takeout, delivery, or client pick-up for catering), you are responsible for safe handling, holding temperatures, and timely consumption.
Orders & Payment. Orders are accepted when we issue a confirmation (order number, email, or receipt). Applicable taxes and fees apply. Gratuities are optional unless stated for large parties or events.
Alcohol Service (where applicable). Valid government-issued photo ID is required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in accordance with law.
Catering Quotes & Deposits. Event proposals are estimates until accepted. A deposit may be required to secure the date; remaining balances are due by the deadline stated on your invoice. Final guest counts, menu selections, and venue details are due by the specified cutoff; changes after that are subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellations. Catering deposits may be non-refundable if an event is canceled within the window stated on your invoice. Venue, rental, staff, and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Third-Party Delivery. If you place an order through a third-party platform, that platform’s terms and fees apply in addition to ours. Issues with third-party delivery should be reported to the platform.
Gift Cards. Gift cards (if offered) are not redeemable for cash except as required by law; lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.
Undercooked Items Advisory. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Children Under Thirteen

KP's Restaurant & Catering does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of KP's Restaurant & Catering or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Third Party Links

KP's Restaurant & Catering has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

International Users

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. KP's Restaurant & Catering AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
